Yes Cyber space is a good medium to bring the knowledge of the Truth to others.
However cyber space could be used just as easily to decieve others, you have to remember that Satan has power, but only because it is given to him by God.
On his own Satan can do nothing.

Bricks and mortar Churches will always be there for those who enjoy fellowship, if thats your thing.
Fellowship in a Church is not a pre requisite to Salvation however, it never has been, the Church is a Human institution.

There is only one sheperd for the flock.

The truth should reveal itself in the hearts on men... good men and women that desire it and which ask for guidance from the creator.

Those that choose to deceive will influence those that do not seek guidance from the higher realms and are those that believe that man can know and achieve perfection on his own.
